How to access this service

Get help on logging in for example if you've lost your username or password.

FAQs:

If you don't yet have your own username to log in to Plus4Events, you'll need to submit a request to your school using the Account Application Wizard. It's quick and easy to do and we'll guide you through the process step by step.

If you already have a login, but have lost your password you can reset it using our online password reset tool.

For all other problems relating to logging in, you'll need to get in touch with your Account Administrator or the Principal Account Holder for your Organisation directly to request that your password is reset. This can usually be done while you're on the phone and will be confirmed to you by email.

Please note that Plus4Events cannot reset passwords other than via the password reset tool. For data security and ownership reasons, you must contact your organisation directly.

If you have a login username and a valid password, but you are still unable to login, it could be something simple but easily overlooked.

Please check the CAPS LOCK setting on your keyboard to be sure that you are entering upper and lower case letters correctly, as passwords are case sensitive. If using a laptop or keyboard that does not have a separate numeric keypad, please also check the NUM LOCK setting.

You may receive a more specific error message if your login fails - if so please note it down to allow help your System Administrator to resolve the problem quickly for you.
